"During the last few months Cobb County DOT finalized the design and continued our coordination with the utility companies and property owners. We have advertised the project and received bids. We will take the low bid to the Board of Commissioners in early February for approval to move forward with the construction contract. Cobb County Since 2013, local community leaders have led efforts to raise funds to honor and thank our East Cobb public safety heroes. In the fall, the officers and staff at Precinct 4 (Lower Roswell Rd.) are treated to a special night out with their spouse or significant other, and in the spring the committee hosts the annual Cobb County Fire Department’s annual awards banquet.
